All merchandise is shipped UPS Ground. It generally takes 3-5 business days for us to process your order and 1-2 additional weeks after for you to receive your order from the date it was placed.

Note: UPS Ground does NOT ship to PO Boxes

***Sorry, but we do not ship Internationally or to Puerto Rico, Hawaii, or Alaska. We only ship to the 48 Continental US States***



REFUND, RETURNS AND CANCELLATION POLICIES: __________________________________________

If you wish to return an item to us, please email RandallS@necaonline.com within 10 days of receiving your order. We will promptly send a UPS call tag, and issue a replacement/refund when the product comes back to us.

If you wish to cancel your order, please send an email to RandallS@necaonline.com titled "ORDER CANCELLATION" If we cannot cancel your order and it has already been shipped, please refer to our return policy.

Q: I received 2 emails regarding my purchase and I think I have been charged twice. What should I do?

A: Please contact your credit card company or bank first. What you are most likely seeing is a pending transaction. Many times the bank or credit card company will put a hold on the money before it comes out of the account. When the amount does comes out, the pending transaction might not disappear for a few days. You should double check with your card company, but you will see that second transaction go away. If for some reason it dose not, please contact us RandallS@necaonline.com

Q: I am interested in buying your products wholesale, how do I go about setting up an account with you?

A: If you wish to start a wholesale account with NECA, you can email sales@necaonline.com and they will be more than happy to help you with the process.

Q: I live outside the US, but Im willing to pay the extra shipping cost, how would I go about placing an order??

A: We are sorry, but we no longer ship to anyone outside the 50 US states. No exceptions.
